Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Coach Najma Shariff, we strive to deliver valuable and high-quality coaching programs. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any payment.


1. Program Registration

Once you enroll in a program or book a session, your slot is confirmed after payment is successfully processed via Razorpay.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or program start date.

  • For group programs, cancellations are allowed only before the first session begins.

  • If a session is missed without notice, it will not be rescheduled or refunded.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only in case of duplicate payment or technical error.

  • No refunds will be issued once the coaching program or online session has started.

  • In case of any genuine issues, please contact us at info@coachnajmashariff.com, and we’ll review your request.


4. Program Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a session, you may request to reschedule (subject to availability).


5. Payment Gateway

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store your payment information. Refunds (if approved) will be credited back via the same payment method within 7–10 business days.
