Overview
We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching services and transformative learning experiences.
Due to the personalized nature of coaching programs, our refund policies are structured to maintain fairness and program integrity.
Program Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of program purchased.
Participants may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that:
- No coaching session has been conducted
- No program materials have been accessed.
Once a session has been conducted, the program becomes non-refundable.
Group Coaching Programs / Bootcamps
Refund requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the program start date.
After the program begins, no refunds will be issued.
However, participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch if applicable.
Digital Programs / Recorded Courses
Due to the instant access nature of digital content:
All purchases of recorded courses or downloadable materials are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed coaching sessions
- Digital courses
- Downloadable resources
- Workshop recordings
- Program materials accessed or downloaded
Rescheduling Policy
Participants may reschedule 1:1 coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being marked as completed.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving medical emergencies or unforeseen situations, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of such requests remains at the sole discretion of the coaching team.
